“We were very pleased with the prompt attention given to our boiler problem. The technician arrived quickly the day we called, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the necessary parts. He returned a few days later and installed the part as promised. Joe DeHaven came himself to do the service this time, however, other technicians from his company have performed in a similar manner.
