There was a misunderstanding about the time that the repairman/plumber was to arrive and he knocked on my door 2.5 hours early. Needless to say I was unprepared/not dressed for visitors at that time. I immediately called Joane and she worked her magic to have the plumber come back, rather than reschedule. I had to turn off my water in the kitchen because the faucet would not turn off. So I didn't want to wait another day. Next is Jason Whitehorse — dynamite employee, he deserves all the money you can throw at him to keep him. My neighbors will be asking for him when they call. The guy was informative, clear and made sure that he had the supplies he needed, got the kitchen faucet and valves underneath installed and he took the old broken parts out of my house. Since I live in a condo complex, my neighbors will be hearing Jason Whitehorse's name. Jason did put doorknob advertising on all the neighbors as he went back to his truck when we missed each other. Pretty smart of him, not wasting any time at all.

Omg, the guys came on time and took care of business right away and within an hour…they had to clear a line and then use a camera to look for the point of the problem and as I watched on the screen we found the issue.

I'm a "do-it-yourselfer" but I call Mr Rooter when I encounter a plumbing problem that I can't handle. They were very efficient about identifying my problem and giving me an estimate. The job turned out to be more complicated(which I knew) and they informed me about the extra work and charge which I expected. This turned into a job that required cutting into the wall and sweating pipes and I thought the charge was reasonable. The best thing was that they showed up in the first ten minutes of the arrival time window. Also, the time window was only 2 hours.
