Customer Reviews in New London, New Hampshire

  • Thomas from Mr rooter came out after our toilet backed up into our tub. He assessed the situation. Let me know upfront what the cost would be and how to keep the situation from happening again. This appointment was made at 720am and they were in my driveway by 845. I'm having them come back out in a month to do another job.

  • Roots growing through our line to the street clogged and backed up a toilet in the cellar and flooded the cellar with the most unsavory slime imaginable. Jeremy from Rooter Plumbing was so nice and helpful and did an amazingly professional job clearing it. He gave us advice on how to keep it clear and how to eliminate the roots (hopefully). It was quite a job for him and he was so pleasant that a horrible event in our lives was cleared up in half a day. It was slightly pricey as is all work of that nature but worth every single cent of it. He even put all the things; lawn mowers, etc… back before he left. I can not sing his praises enough – these are also the heros of everyday life.

  • Always same day service. I would have been a little more impressed if your man had taken the time to open up the wall access to verify no leaks inside the wall. Your guy seemed to have made this repair multiple times so I bowed to his experience. You folks have never hit a foul ball in the 4 or 5 times I've used you.

  • Once again, Shawn was outstanding. Knew what needed to be done, explained everything, and took care of the issue. The entire experience, from the original issue to the fix, was handled better than I could have ever hoped for and definitely exceeded my expectations. While Shawn was doing his work I was experiencing the opposite in my work – people promising one thing and delivering something else. It was nice to know that while dealing with my work issues that I could depend on Shawn taking care of everything perfectly, and he did. I will happily recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Mr. Rooter and Shawn for making an unpleasant situation as stress-free as possible! -Max Koenig

  • The reasons for contacting an emergency plumber differs from one customer to the next, so there isn’t a standardized cost range for emergency plumbing services. Many factors contribute to the costs of emergency plumbing, such as the type of emergency, like a clogged pipe or gas leak, and the parts and materials needed to fix the problem. If you’re curious about your local plumbing professional’s fee structure, contact them for a job estimate before any work begins. In many situations, fees for emergency plumbers will vary across different companies and locations.

  • You can define a plumbing emergency as a serious situation involving a plumbing system that is a health hazard, an inconvenience, or will cause property damage. Contact an emergency plumber as soon as possible if you’ve noticed that your home or business has no hot water – or no water at all. Leaking water in any form is a plumbing emergency that can result in serious property damage, which is why it’s crucial to contact a plumber when you notice a leak. Don’t hesitate to contact an emergency plumber for serious plumbing issues like a gas leak, a blocked toilet, a burst pipe, or a frozen pipe.

  • When you have a plumbing emergency, such as a burst pipe, a gas leak, a blocked drain, a broken water heater, or something else, you should call a highly skilled emergency plumber like Mr.Rooter Plumbing’. Depending on the timing of your plumbing emergency. contact a plumber on their regular number, an after-hours number, or through a dedicated 24/7 call answering service if they have one. When dealing with a plumbing emergency, it’s best to contact a well-established emergency plumbing company on their 24/7 emergency line. In addition to calling your preferred plumbing professional for emergency plumbing service, consider contacting your insurance provider and utility company if your plumbing problem caused property damage and/or it involves the main water or gas line serving your property.

  • You can find emergency plumbers quickly in many ways, such as by searching for contact forms, phone numbers, and other contact details on the websites of reputable plumbers in your area. An online search is one of the easiest and fastest ways to find contact information for plumbers who can help with your plumbing emergency. Some people find it quicker to request emergency plumber recommendations from friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors rather than browsing the Internet for numbers that may no longer be up to date. Not all plumbers you contact will offer emergency plumbing services, so you may need to contact more than one to find a trusted professional you can rely on time and time again.

  • Don’t underestimate the value of regular maintenance tasks for plumbing emergency prevention, like drain cleaning, plumbing system inspections, water heater flushing, and general inspections by plumbing professionals. You may be able to avoid calling an emergency plumber this winter by insulating and protecting the pipes in your attics, basements, and other exposed places. When you understand the basics of your plumbing system, you may feel more confident if plumbing emergencies were to strike, so learn where your main shut-off valve is located and how to turn it off and on. It’s good practice to refrain from putting anything harmful down your drains, like cooking grease, flour, and feminine hygiene products to avoid costly and damaging plumbing emergencies relating to your pipes.

  • You may feel more calm and in control when dealing with a plumbing emergency if you can identify what the problem is and check for hazards and dangers to keep your property’s occupants safe. If the emergency is related to uncontrolled water flow or leakage on your property, you can gain control of the situation by turning off external or internal water valves supplying water to your home or business. Control a stressful plumbing situation by cleaning up water and using towels and buckets to catch leaks and minimize damage. Your safety comes first in a plumbing emergency, so call an emergency plumber without delay – they can advise you on the next steps to take.

  • You may need the help of licensed and insured service professionals if you have a severely clogged toilet in your home or business that you can’t address by yourself. You can consider a clogged toilet a plumbing emergency if it’s overflowing, flooding your bathroom, or causing property damage. Clogged toilets often come with sanitation risks, which means they can be plumbing emergencies that require intervention because they pose a risk to people’s health and well-being. Only having one functional bathroom, experiencing regular clogs, or having multiple toilets affected by clogs qualifies as a plumbing emergency which requires contacting an emergency plumbing service provider.

  • Blocked commercial and residential drains that you can’t unblock using traditional methods constitute a plumbing emergency that you should contact a trusted emergency plumbing service provider to address. Blocked drains require an emergency plumber when several fixtures or drains are involved to indicate a sewer line or plumbing system problem, or the potential for flooding and property damage exist. Blocked drains can sometimes cause health hazards on your property, like standing water and sewage, which requires immediate attention from an emergency plumber service provider. Blocked drains that present a health risk or are happening more frequently require the expertise of trusted, licensed, and insured plumbing service providers.

  • Any plumbing-related water leak in your home or business has the potential to cause damage amd create a hazardous situation, which qualifies as a plumbing emergency. A water leak that results in rapid water flow with the potential to cause significant damage should be considered a plumbing emergency. Water leaks can be serious plumbing emergencies when they damage the walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures in and around your home or business. When water leaks involve electricity, present a health hazard, or are located in your water heater, floors, walls, ceilings, or main water line, they indeed constitute a plumbing emergency.

  • Some people tip the emergency plumbers they hire when they’ve been impressed with the services, or they’re thankful their chosen plumber arrives after hours to resolve their plumbing emergency. While tipping can be one way to show appreciation for a plumber, you can also write them a thank-you card, recommend them to people you know, and leave positive online reviews.
