Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

The most excellent service bar none. Robert came out to repair a gas line with water corrosion. He managed a complicated repair perfectly as well as advising on other issues. I have used Mr Rooter for the last 4 years and am a loyal customer and will remain one.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

We called to have our garbage disposal repaired and our (leaking) faucet fixed. The quick appointment time was definitely a positive. After reviewing our kitchen, with the technician's help and a firm quote in hand, we ordered a new garbage disposal, new faucet, new sink, new hot water dispenser and several smaller parts; and rescheduled the appointment. During the second appointment, the need for another part was identified. Again, with the technician's help, we ordered the part and rescheduled the appointment. During the third appointment, we found out the wrong size sink was ordered. Again, with the technician's help, we ordered a new sink and rescheduled the appointment. During the fourth appointment, with all the correct parts, everything was installed and our kitchen was back in great working condition. The process confirmed my husband's hate of plumbing work and reinforced my insistence that we have professionals do the work. Dominique, the technician for our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th appointments was wonderful. She was on time, always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude, and went out of her way to do anything she could to help. Even though it took four appointments, the firm quote didn't change. Even though the timeframe was longer than expected, we would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tacoma.

Robert came out to our house to repair a hot water line leak in our master bathroom that had been going for 3 days. He was able to repair the issue quickly, and answered all of our concerns and questions about what he saw under our house, as well as giving us professional recommendations. He explained the new changes in the company’s prices (which have nothing to do with him) before he gave us our quote, which helped us to know what to expect. He was thoughtful, kind, and went above and beyond in repairing our issue. I would highly recommend Robert for any plumbing job. Thank you Robert for being so understanding and considerate to our family.

  • Betsy S.

Tanner S was on time, thorough and researched my specific issue to solve it. 100% would recommended.
