Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Had a previous quote by another big plumbing company who said I needed to repair the whole line (which I knew was false). Got an honest quote for what I needed for half the cost of the other company and they did the work quickly and fixed my broken pipe seal. 10/10, only going to use them going forward.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Our home required removal of over 35 feet of cast iron removal from under our floors in the basement due to a collapse and fill up. The job was completed by Dustin and his team at Mr Rooter. Dustin worked with Devin who did an amazing job working with the village and permits, and inspection. The cleanup was also great handled by Jonathan. The new PVC + Sump Pump was installed in a very timely manner and while you know this type of work can be messy Dustin and his team did an amazing job and his ability to have great customer focus was key to our peace of mind. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Mr. ********************** today. Mr. ****** was professional, thoughtful, friendly, honest and clearly knew what he was doing. He carefully inspected the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed our kitchen drain problem quickly and efficiently. After weeks of worrying about old pipes and possible major repairs, it was such a relief to finally have everything flowing normally again. I also want to give a special shout-out to ***** and ***** at the call center. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Good customer service makes such a difference when you're already stressed about a home repair, and they truly made us feel taken care of. Professional service, reasonable price, honest communication, and genuinely pleasant people from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  • Rich

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Had a clogged kitchen drain. Daniel explained what he would do and did it. Kept his mess to a minimum and cleaned that up once the job was completed. In and out in roughly an hour. Cost was high but on par with similar estimates for the same work. Would recommend and will use again of the need arises

Main drainage pipes connect homes and businesses to septic systems, channeling greywater and blackwater from toilets, showers, washing machines, and other plumbing fixtures to the system.
