Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Brandon was amazing and very tentative to our home. Our well water pipe burst leaving us without water, and Brandon arrived bright and early to fix it after we made a request for a plumber on Thumbtack. I appreciate that he knew we wanted our pipes fix and didn’t try to sell us in anything else as he was our third quote and everyone else felt like a “sales pitch” we plan on using Mr. Rooter, specifically Brandon again in the future to update the well plumbing even more in the future. We appreciate everything so much, and Mr. Rooter take care of Brandon, he is a real one 🤗 I’m posting photos from before our garage was flooded and then cleaning Brandon’s work after, he secured the well filter to prevent pipe damage in the future.

  • It is possible to avoid some of the most common plumbing emergencies by performing regular maintenance on your plumbing systems, such as cleaning your drains and inspecting your water heater and other plumbing appliances. Insulating exposed pipes and using insulation on pipes located in unheated areas like attics and basements is a great way to avoid plumbing emergencies that may occur when pipes freeze and burst due to extreme temperatures. Having a basic understanding of your plumbing systems, such as knowing your plumbing layout and identifying where your main shut-off valve is, may help you avoid plumbing emergencies by acting quickly to minimize damage. General plumbing system care can go a long way toward avoiding plumbing emergencies, such as not pouring grease, oil, and hygiene products down drains.
